The year 2022 marked not just a beginning, but a convergence. Restaurant chain DreamLink, understanding that whisky-making demands the same devotion to perfection as the finest kaiseki meal, entrusted their vision to Kenichi Sato. As owner-bartender of BAR Le Veil in Akita City, Sato had spent years studying the delicate interplay between spirit and glass, understanding how place speaks through liquid.

The choice of location whispered of monozukuri—the Japanese art of making things with pride and dedication. The former elementary school would anchor a facility designed to produce twenty-one thousand liters annually, each drop drawing from Akita's legendary waters.
